VENDOR INFORMATION and VENDOR REQUEST FORM
- Set up for vendors starts at 1:00 p.m. and all vendors should be ready for sales at the event start time of 3:00 p.m. The event ends at 7:00 p.m. Vendors may begin breaking down at 6:45 p.m.
- The main vendor displays are outside around the track near the live music tent and at the entry to the festival on the main walkway outside, as this area has the most foot traffic.
- Vendors can also choose to be inside the building in air-conditioning - don't worry - there is a lot of foot traffic everywhere!
- New this year - no fee for Vendors - we ask that you make a donation to the Small Green Academy at the end of the event based on what you can give. Most festivals charge vendors a fee, so we think this is a pretty good deal. A minimum donation of $10.00 (the price of a wristband) is suggested. Your donation is tax-deductible.
- Vendors are given a 10 x 10 space and you will need to bring your own shade tent if you are outside by the live music - please let the event coordinator know you will be bringing a tent.
- Electricity is limited to certain areas - please talk with the event coordinator about your electricity needs.
- Vendors who choose to be inside may have a table provided by the school- all coverings for the table and displays will be provided by the vendor.
- Vendors collect and handle all money associated with their sales- there are no tickets required. The public will expect to pay cash for your goods.
- Volume sales work best at this type of event- (low price and sell a lot, rather than high price and sell very few.) Having at least a few items in the under $5.00 range will yield a high sales profit for you.
- All items sold should be healthy, promote green living practices and be family/kid friendly.
- This is a zero-waste event - meaning you should consider packaging - however there will be recycling centers stationed around the festival.
